Healthy Choices Youth Program Curriculum
Overview
Healthy Choices Youth Program is a 5-session curriculum with interactive DVD and online features. There is a different, yet consistent, curriculum for each grade level. Many school districts have implemented this curriculum into their health classes in each grade level. Students will have the opportunity to build on the themes and topics each year.
Each curriculum fits federal health education guidelines for risk behaviors such as sex outside of marriage, peer pressure and media influence, healthy vs. unhealthy relationships, and danger zones (alcohol, drugs, isolation).
